• Enable Osero's Diamond PAU - Adds Osero's Diamond PAU to the Parallelized Allocation System documents.
• Record Grove's TGE And Genesis Transfer - Records Grove's July 6, 2026 Token Generation Event and April 13, 2026 Genesis Capital Allocation transfer.
• Correct The Python Reference Implementations - Formats the three Python reference implementations as fenced code blocks and fixes the time-weighted utilization implementation.
• Housekeeping Updates - Aligns Grove's Diamond PAU Operator wording and records its Controller's Configurator status; updates completed Genesis Capital Allocation and Monthly Settlement Cycle language; and corrects a Spark cross-reference.

Outcomes

This poll implements a Minimum Positive Participation value. The Minimum Positive Participation for Atlas Edit Weekly Cycle Proposals is currently set to 480,000,000 SKY.

If the votes for the 'Yes' option exceed the votes for the 'No' option AND the votes for the 'Yes' option equal or exceed 480,000,000 SKY, then the following actions will be taken:
