• Add Shared Diamond PAU Framework — Adds to Sky Core the role definitions, shared contracts, and operational processes that the Prime Agent Liquidity Layer Instances build on.
• Prepare Osero Artifact For July 16 Spell — Adds Osero's full Liquidity Layer, including its Diamond PAU, operating multisigs, and first active Instance, SparkLend USDS on Ethereum Mainnet.
• Prepare Grove Artifact For July 16 Spell — Onboards the Robinhood Chain to the Grove Liquidity Layer and adds three new Instances: the Grove x Steakhouse USDG Morpho vault on Robinhood Chain, and both directions of the Paxos USDG bridge.
• Clarify Peg Defense Obligation Calculation Basis — Clarifies how the Peg Defense obligation is measured over time, and that each Prime Agent must monitor and maintain sufficient capacity during a Peg Defense Event.
• Terminate the Boosted Distribution Reward Rate — Removes the additional 0.3% Boosted Distribution Reward Rate on top of the base Distribution Reward.

This poll implements a Minimum Positive Participation value. The Minimum Positive Participation for Atlas Edit Weekly Cycle Proposals is currently set to 480,000,000 SKY.

If the votes for the 'Yes' option exceed the votes for the 'No' option AND the votes for the 'Yes' option equal or exceed 480,000,000 SKY, then the following actions will be taken:
